At Pure Integrative Pharmacy, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your fashion purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
