In aromatherapy, peppermint is used to help reduce muscle and joint pains related to rheumatoid arthritis and sprains. In addition, it is used to ease coughs and cold symptoms including headaches.
Try rubbing a few drops on the back of your neck, temple, and soles of your feet. Alternatively, add a few drops onto a cold compress and place over your forehead to help with your symptoms.
