Ingredients:

Each packet contains:
Taurine 500 mg
Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate) 210 mg
Potassium (dipotassium phosphate) 99 mg
Calcium (calcium citrate) 50 mg
Phosphorus (dipotassium phosphate) 39 mg
Niacin (niacinamide) 10 mg
Thiamine (thiamine mononitrate) 2 mg 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Citric acid, malic acid, sodium chloride, strawberry flavour, lemonade flavour, and rebaudioside A (Stevia rebaudiana). 

Directions:

Adults mix 1 packet (5 g) with 236 mL (8 fl. oz.) of water once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.  Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
