Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 250 mg of lemon balm 50 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Rice bran oil, gelatin, glycerin, water, silicon dioxide, annatto extract, and lecithin.
Directions:
Adults: Take 1 softgel 2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.Cautions:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a seizure disorder. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
