Ingredients:

Medicinal Ingredients:
Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate heptahydrate) 12.22% and arnica (arnica montana flower) 1.63%.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Purified water, grape seed oil, essential oils (lavender, rosemary, sweet marjoram, black pepper, peppermint, thyme linalol), xantham gum, rosemary oleoresin, vitamin E.

Directions:

Adults and adolescents 13 years of age and over: Apply to affected area 3-4 times per day. Massage into skin until absorbed. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage or apply with external heat as it may cause skin irritations or burn.

Cautions:

For external only. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen or prior to use if you have epilepsy. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Psion Control Centre. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. If allergic skin reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
